2005 Kennebec Valley Spring Camporee schedule of events

Friday evening:

4:00 – 7:00	Boy Scout arrival, registration and setup
8:00	Senior Patrol Leader and Adult leader Cracker Barrel
10:00	Taps. Lights out. Quiet down for those that want to sleep
Saturday:
Times	Event description
7:00	Reveille
7:00 – 8:30	Breakfast and cleanup for camp inspections in sites (Campsite inspections will take place later during the activities)
7:00 – 8:30	Cub Scout arrival, registration and setup
8:30	Parade through camp leading to the flag ceremony
9:00	Opening ceremony/flags (Winslow Troop 433 color guards) Dedication of the Camporee to the memory of Matthew Reynolds
9:30	Cub Scout and Boy Scout activities begin
12 Noon	Activities stop for lunch in campsites
12:30	Cub Scout activities resume
1:00	Boy Scout activities resume
3:00	“Bug Man” presentation next to the tractor pulling building for all in camp who want to attend
4:30	Both Cub Scout and Boy Scout activities wind down and end.
5:00 – 7:00	Supper in camp sites
7:30	Begin heading up to Campfire
8:00	Campfire, skits, Order of the Arrow calling out
After the campfire	Special activity
11:00	Taps. Lights out. Quiet down for those that want to sleep
Sunday morning:
Times	Event description
7:00	Reveille
7:00 – 8:00	Scout’s service flowed by closing ceremonies at the flags
8:00	Pack up and head home!
