1950's Felt Staff Patch. Date estimated. Paul Smith, who donated this image, served on staff in the late 40's/early 50's. |
Early 1960's vintage camp staff patch. "I'm not sure when they were issued. I know it was prior to 1965, but I was only 14 when I started working at camp, so I don't have much history prior to that. My first Staff Eagle was sewn onto a neckerchief, which the triangular point at the bottom of the patch made quite easy."--Greg Ingalls, Eagle Scout and staff member in the 1960's. Now living in NH. |

Late 1960's camp staff patch. "I think it was 1965, but it might have been later. We had that patch on the back of green staff jackets."--Greg Ingalls, Eagle Scout and staff member in the 1960's. Now living in NH. |
1987 Staff Patch. Only 24 were made, one for each staff member. There was also a 1988 staff patch that looked like the standard issue except it had "Staff" on it. We do not currently have a scan of that staff patch. |

| 1992 Staff Award--All were handmade from the same piece of leather pelt by Bruce Rueger, that year's camp director. It was a moral booster/achievement patch awarded only to those who were on staff that year. It is said this design is Chief Bomazeen's signature. This signature appeared on Bomazeen rock soon afterwards. Very Rare |
