Kennebec Valley District Pinewood Derby

April 9, 2005 at Somerset Valley Middle School, Hartland
Registration: 8:30am. Races start approximately 10 to 10:30am and run until done
Registration Fee: $6.00--does not include lunch.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM THE SOUTH

Take I-95 to Exit 150-Pittsfield.
Keep Right at the fork on the exit ramp and merge with traffic on Somerset Ave.
Drive for 0.8 miles and turn left onto Hartland Ave./State Route 152.
Follow Route 152 for 7.7 miles (crossing US Route 2 at 3.5 miles)
In Hartland, turn right at the intersection onto State Routes 23/43.
Go under the overpass at Irving Tanning and continue straight through town (do not follow 151) for 0.3 miles.
Turn LEFT on Blake Street. Take your first Right and you are at Somerset Middle School
 

FROM SKOWHEGAN, POINTS NORTH OF SKOWHEGAN, or WEST OF SKOWHEGAN

Follow US Route 2 east from Skowhegan for about 17 miles to the intersection of Route 152.
Turn LEFT onto Route 152 and follow for 4.2 miles into Harland.
In Hartland, turn right at the intersection onto State Routes 23/43.
Go under the overpass at Irving Tanning and continue straight through town (do not follow 151) for 0.3 miles.
Turn LEFT on Blake Street. Take your first Right and you are at Somerset Middle School
